Hi Mike

I am one step closer/ further away again.

I realized I had my AME8811 the wrong way around, so i fixed that, and now I have the same problem again! So now I know why I had the problem in the first place, what a coincidence.

If I bridge the AME8811 and have the attiny run at 5.5 volts, it works, however, if i run the attiny at 2.29 volts, it does not. So maybe I should run the mcu at 5.5 volts and have it take the power before the ame8811? how high can the mcu go voltagewise?

Cheers

hm, really dont know why it works if i bypass the ame8811, but i cant really do that as i will connect a 7.4 volt battery in the end... Any Ideas why i have this problem? I just dont understand....

Could it be because i programmed the attiny at 5.5 volts, it isnt working correctly at 3.3 volts?

Cheers

yep that was it, programmed athe mcu at 3.3 volts and it worked just fine.. so much trouble lol. Finally got it working hehe. May i ask why this is the case? is there any resource on the net that explains this to me? cheers

That should not be the case. It should not matter what voltage you programmed it at.
If you have a stable 3.3 volts to the MCU, it should work.
5.5 volts is the maximum safe voltage for the MCU.
